About Pi Kappa Chi

The professional chiropractic fraternity — over six decades of leadership, dedication, and integrity in the advancement of chiropractic.

Who we are

Pi Kappa Chi (ΠΚΧ) is a professional chiropractic fraternity founded in 1961 at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa — the institution founded by Daniel David Palmer, the discoverer of chiropractic. From a single chapter at the profession's founding school, the fraternity has grown to active chapters at three of chiropractic's most established institutions, with brothers in practice across the United States, Canada, and beyond.

Pi Kappa Chi is distinct from social Greek-letter organizations. It is a professional fraternity in the truest sense — admission is based on a commitment to the chiropractic profession, and membership is a lifetime association of clinicians, educators, and advocates who share a common dedication to the art, science, and philosophy of chiropractic.

Our mission

Pi Kappa Chi is a professional chiropractic fraternity, dedicated to the strength and promotion of chiropractic, through the development and growth of the chiropractic student.

The fraternity's most important objective is to elevate, promote, and strengthen the reputation of the Doctor of Chiropractic and the chiropractic profession itself. Brothers carry that responsibility into their practices, their communities, and the profession at large.

Our three principles

L

Leadership

Brothers lead the chiropractic profession through clinical excellence, teaching the next generation, and advocating for chiropractic in the broader healthcare landscape.

D

Dedication

A lifetime commitment to the chiropractic principle, to ongoing scholarship, and most importantly to the patients we are entrusted to serve.

I

Integrity

Holding ourselves to the highest standard of ethics, professionalism, and honesty — in our practices, our scholarship, and our relationships with brothers and patients alike.

Manual adjusting & the chiropractic tradition

Pi Kappa Chi has, since its founding, stood for the practice of manual chiropractic adjusting — the hands-on technique pioneered by D.D. Palmer in 1895 and refined across more than a century of clinical practice. While the profession has expanded to include many adjunctive techniques, the brothers of Pi Kappa Chi maintain that the manual adjustment of the spine and extremities is the foundational art and science of chiropractic, and that mastery of that art remains the highest expression of the doctor's craft.

This commitment connects brothers across generations and chapters — from the founding members at Palmer in 1961 to the chiropractic students being initiated today.

About this directory

The Pi Kappa Chi Brothers Directory is a working tool maintained by a Pi Kappa Chi brother for the benefit of the fraternity and the profession. Every brother listed has been added either by their own submission or by another brother who knows them — never scraped without review.

Each profile creates a permanent, indexed home for that brother's practice. For the brothers, that means a real backlink supporting their own search visibility. For the public, it means a trusted way to find a chiropractor recommended by someone who knows the craft.
